Setting: Community Health Setting in Rural area of CA located in Susanville, CA.
Bread and butter wellness visits & referrals to specialists.
Services include women's care, sports physicals, geriatric care, immunizations with some walk in clients and others prescheduled.

Dates/ Schedule needed:
March 15th - June 15th
Hours can be 5 days a week for 8 hours per day or 4 10 hour shifts.
