Job Description:

The Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA)-Pediatrics is responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of diseases and injuries as a Care Team member in the scope of Pediatrics; provides comprehensive, outpatient medical services for children on a continuing basis; and, may, at certain locations, provide a continuum of care into inpatient and/or residential settings. Community Health Alliance is a non-profit federally qualified health care facility (FQHC) located in Reno, NV with six clinics strategically positioned to serve the community. We provide an extensive range of healthcare screening and prevention services, comprehensive primary care for all ages, pharmacy, pediatric dental services, management of chronic diseases, outreach to and services for homeless individuals and families, and behavioral health care. In addition, Community Health Alliance manages a Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program. We also provide community education on health issues and outreach to underserved populations.
