Job Description:

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager who will be responsible for managing payroll operations for both US and Costa Rica.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement, maintain, and review multi-state payroll processing systems to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions
Oversee Costa Rica payroll processing
Provide excellent customer service to managers and employees for all payroll-related matters

Required Qualifications:

Experience in Workday Payroll and ADP SmartCompliance
Strong knowledge of US Payroll Tax agencies
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and correctness
Ability to collaborate and build rapport with cross-functional teams
