Job Description:
The Nevada Real Estate Group is seeking an experienced and
highly organized and experienced professional to lead our rapidly
growing real estate business in Reno, NV. Our ideal candidate will
have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, creating
and executing strategies for lead generation via advertising, email
campaigns, and lead nurturing, and creating a culture of success
throughout the organization. The ideal candidate should have a
strong knowledge of the real estate market, excellent communication
and organizational skills, and the ability to think strategically.

Responsibilities:
--- Ensure agent and team compliance with all state and federal
laws regarding real estate transactions.
--- Lead the development and implementation of strategies and goals
that align with the company's overall vision and mission.
--- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and
effective operations.
--- Develop and implement a comprehensive lead generation strategy
that aligns with the company's business objectives.
--- Manage a team of professionals responsible for lead generation,
including hiring, training, and performance management.
--- Develop and oversee lead generation campaigns across all
channels, including digital, social media, email, direct mail, and
events.
--- Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for
lead generation and conversion optimization.
--- Work collaboratively with other departments, such as sales,
marketing, and customer service, to ensure alignment of lead
generation efforts with overall business goals.
--- Monitor and track lead generation metrics, including conversion
rates, cost per lead, and ROI, and provide regular reports to
senior leadership.
--- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in lead
generation and marketing automation, and make recommendations for
new tools and strategies to improve results.
--- Manages all InBound Calls. -
--- Maintains a mastery level of knowledge of scripts and
rapport-building strategies. -
--- Maintains proficiency in all CRMs and databases. -
--- Continues to improve their conversion skills, their scripts,
and rapport building.
--- Ability to coach and teach lead-generation skills. -
Qualifications:
--- Operations/administrative experience in the real estate
industry.
--- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
--- Proficient in CRM software.
--- 1+ years of experience in a management or leadership role, with
the ability to lead and motivate a team.
--- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability
to use data to make informed decisions.
--- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the
ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
