industries.

of our service offerings of execution, technology, people, and

What You Will Work On:
- Executing and delivering high quality outcomes for
clients.
- Embracing unstructured work to seek and find structured
solutions, utilizing tool kits and best practices to execute and
deliver outcomes for clients, while expanding and building upon
previous skill sets.
- Collaboratively develop effective problem statements with
clients to capture root causes of business opportunities.
- Working closely with product and system architects, user
experience experts, software development teams, QA, and other
stakeholders to drive project planning and execution.
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with
key external partners.
- Building strong consensus partnering with stakeholders to find
legitimate paths forward.
- Integrate into a client team to execute on a set of
deliverables.

- More than 8 years of relevant experience that demonstrates
leadership capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability within:
- Creating product vision and strategy
- Identifying and describing how product is realizing business
value
- Understanding competitive landscapes (for consumer facing
products)
- Working closely with design on user journey and
experience
- Developing personas
- Managing and prioritizing a product backlog and
roadmap
- Effectively writing user stories
- Explaining the product in detail to Devs, but at a high level
to senior leaders
- Providing regular communications to users/stakeholders
- Collecting user/customer feedback
- Delivering tangible results in technology environments.
- Passionate about delivering within Digital organizations across
a variety of industries and experience levels.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of customer experience,
identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow
market share, improve customer experience, and drive
growth.
- Consistently demonstrated the ability to bring structure to
complex, unstructured environments.
- Experience working on an ecommerce platform with any focus
areas in Search, CMS, in consumer UX/ UI, Payment and Check Out,
Supply Chain, Order Fulfillment technology, data architecture,
and/or data analytics.
- Experience as any of the following Digital Program Manager,
Agile Program Manager, Product Owner, and/ or Scrum Master. Have
managed products or programs that require: Big Data and/ or
Analytics (data capture or reporting).
- Bring a working knowledge of non-Agile and Agile techniques
including pulling from Scrum, Kanban and/or Scaled Agile Framework
(SAFe), as well as User Story Writing, Story Mapping among
others.
- Deliver workshops and create training materials ranging from
upleveling product managers to developing processes across a
product organization.
- You are available to travel for consulting engagements to all
the markets we serve.

Salaries vary and are dependent on considerations such as:
experience and specific skills/certifications. The base plus target
bonus salary range for this role is $105,000 - $150,000. Additional
compensation beyond this range is available as a result of
leadership and business development opportunities. Salary details
are discussed openly during the hiring process.
Work Environment:
Our TGG headquarters are located in Portland, Oregon. We also have
teams in Bend, OR, Denver, CO, Salt Lake City, UT, and Reno, NV.
Due to our current client needs, our consultants in all locations
must have the ability to work remotely, work onsite, and have the
ability to travel for consulting engagements to the markets we
serve.
