Very successful automotive group is starting a Buy Here Pay Here division and looking for a leader to build it and be part owner. This is a great opportunity to join a very successful dealership group and build and lead your own division. We are seeking a proven leader in the BHPH community who has the vision, experience and drive to start this company and develop it from the ground up. The dealership group will provide the financial resources, financial / accounting expertise, building, inventory and the other ingredients needed. Great experience can come from BHPH leaders such as DriveTime, JD Byrider and America's Car-Mart.
The leader we are seeking will have the BHPH industry experience to develop policies, procedures and "best practices" that will lead to continued success. We are seeking a BHPH leader who understands how to utilize analytics and embraces data usage to ensure optimum use of capital and ROI. This is a role where our leader with be both a strategic thinker and a "hands on leader" that is necessary in the retail automotive industry. This is the "role of a lifetime" that will change your career and your lifestyle. Becoming a business owner and moving to Reno, NV near Lake Tahoe, on the boarder of California and the Sierra Mountains, is a great opportunity. We are looking for a partner with ownership of this new venture. Ability to invest your own capital is a plus but not a requirement. "Sweat equity" is available ! • experience leading BHPH dealerships
• experience with analytics and data driven decision making
• proven ability to drive sales and "raise the bar"
• ability to lead, mentor and coach staff - "build managers into leaders"
• ability to invest your own capital
