Management**JOB SUMMARY**As a member of the Portfolio Management
Team in the US/Canada Technology organization, this position will
assist with developing and fulfilling reporting needs for IT
products and services. The Analyst will collaborate with Product
owners and teams to understand requirements for information and
then create new or modify existing reports and dashboards to
deliver against those needs. Candidates must have strong data
visualization skills, experience developing highly complex reports
and presentations based on data from multiple sources and have a
passion for telling stories with data. This is a technical role
that will require collaboration with multiple Global Technology
teams.**CANDIDATE PROFILE****Education and
Experience****Required**+ Undergraduate degree or equivalent
experience/certifications+ Three or more years of experience in
Information Technology (IT) and/or experience in business analysis+
Two of more years of experience developing, testing, and
implementing reports and dashboards using Power BI
required**Preferred****Technical/Tools Expertise:**+ Proficiency
with Microsoft Office tool suite is desirable+ Knowledge of Azure
Data Factory and SQL Server is a plus+ Knowledge of ServiceNow
dashboard and report development is a plus+ Comfortable working
with large and complex data models to see relationships, patterns,
and trends+ Experience with data analysis+ Project Management
Certification or background desired**Business Expertise:**+
Experience understanding infrastructure and operations data to
enable KPI measurements+ Comfortable communicating technical
material to non-technical business partners to help them interpret
data and uncover actionable information+ Strong interpersonal,
written, and oral communication skills+ Ability to independently
manage small projects while also contributing to larger
initiatives**CORE WORK ACTIVITIES**+ Elicit and document business
requirements for metrics, reports, and dashboards+ Translate
business requirements into technical reporting specifications and
develop wireframes+ Design and develop reports and dashboards
primarily in Power BI. Reports will have multiple data sources,
complex queries, views, stored procedures, and automation features.
Other analytical tools such as Excel and ServiceNow are also
utilized.+ Perform ongoing monitoring and refinement of reports+
Participate in report design reviews (minimum viable product) to
stakeholders to validate requirements+ Execute text plans for Power
BI reports and dashboards+ Performance tune Power BI reports and
dashboards, recommend and implement tuning techniques+ Provide
technical support for existing reports, dashboards, or other tools+
Support development of standards for reporting and dashboards+
Support governance of data in the reporting platform ensuring users
have proper access to data, reports and dashboards+ Troubleshoot
data quality issues and defects to determine root cause+ Define
metrics on report and dashboard usage+ Participate in Analytics
Center of Excellence+ Complete special projects, as

implements work and projects as assigned.+ Complies with Federal
and State laws applying to procedures.+ Generates and provides
accurate and timely results in the form of reports, presentations,

position is $81,525.00 to $174,271.00 annually.**Colorado
Applicants Only:** The salary range for this position is $81,525.00
to $158,430.00 annually.**New York City & Westchester County, NY
Applicants Only:** The salary range for this position is $98,644.00
to $174,271.00 annually.**Washington Applicants Only:** The salary
range for this position is $81,525.00 to $174,271.00 annually. In
addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible to
receive an annual bonus. Employees will accrue 0.4616 PTO balance
for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 7 holidays
