  • Microsoft systems experience
  • Cisco Networking experienceKey AccountabilitiesJob Information:
    • Responsible for the successful integration of existing IT infrastructure for the RTC system integration in accordance to Keolis Enterprise specific IT standards including seamless transition of existing infrastructure and hand over of incumbent's supplied IT equipment
    • Design, and maintain responsibility for the Keolis VLAN (Virtual Local Area Network) with full integration into project specific client resources, both hard and software
    • Ensure that the local team has sufficient resources and support for all client Specific GPS Applications: (Orbital---) ,Dispatch Application Product support (Trapeze---) and Maintenance Software application support (RTA Fleet---).
    • Assist the local staff as needed in order to diagnose & Support Remote Access platforms such as MS RDP ---, Citrix --- and Cisco Triple Dez VPN security topologies in conjunction with Keolis Enterprise Specific IT Standardization in concert with client site specific resources and security standards
    • Establish the appropriate interaction and serve as the liaison with client and on-site senior team and Top Management and client project in order to define emerging issues and/or concerns that require resolution. This includes, but is not limited to, client reporting and various performance indicators as defined by the client and management team
