Oak Park Place --, a premier provider of senior living and skilled nursing care in Madison has recently opened up a new gorgeous facility in Janesville. Our new state of the art skilled nursing (SNF), assisted living (AL), and memory care center was opened-- in 2018 . We are currently searching for a-- Director of Nursing (DON) --to assist with the growth of this beautiful facility. Requirements Qualified candidates should have experience in long term care (LTC), including Director or Assistant Director leadership experience. This exciting opportunity requires an experienced leader with the ability and energy to create a positive atmosphere for our customers and staff. Oak Park Place is rapidly growing, with both our Janesville and Madison West locations recently opened and a new facility in Oak Creek due to open this year! Summary The--Director of Nursing,--manages the nursing department with the goal of providing a safe, homelike environment where our residents can achieve and maintain their fullest level of wellness and function. Utilizes sound clinical practices to maintain excellent quality care. Manages the clinical team and oversees resident health and wellness through regular resident monitoring and communication. Implements nursing policy and procedure and ensures smooth operation of the clinical department. Other relevant duties as may be required or assigned.
