Those who excel as Market Leaders provide excellent support, leadership, and coaching to branch staff, maximize branch efficiency, focus on quality, and optimize sales performance.PRIMARY POSITION-SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES?--- Manage the day-to-day operations of branch location, including all branch personnel, in all aspects of the loan process from start to finish;--- Recruit, mentor, and develop a successful team that exceeds all expectations for customer service, production goals, and community reputation;--- Establish and manage a branch budget to ensure growth and sustainability, and work closely with corporate staff to monitor, optimize, and improve branch performance;--- Foster a culture of compliance that resonates throughout the entire staff and branch atmosphere;--- Maintain Gold Star's industry leading levels of customer service and integrity;--- Perform the duties of a mortgage loan originator on loans that you originate including maintaining appropriate licensure;--- Develop and maintain lifelong relationships with consumers, business partners, and colleagues;--- Attend and complete all required training, maintain knowledge of all lending policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations, and complete all licensing prerequisites and requirements;--- Other duties as assigned.PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE--- Excellent teambuilding, leadership, and motivational skills.--- High school or equivalent required; four year bachelor's degree preferred.--- Highly effective communication skills and a desire to help others achieve their financial goals.--- Eight years mortgage lending experience, including at least three in a management role leading a team of dedicated sales professionals.PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ENVIRONMENTThe work environment is characteristic of an office setting. Rare lifting of up to 25lbs may be required.
