Trailer Mechanic 2 OnTrac is paying a $1000 Hiring Bonus to join the team as our next Fleet Maintenance Tech 2! Join OnTrac now. Our Fleet Maintenance Technicians ensure all Fleet trailing equipment is inspected, maintained, and repaired in accordance with federal and state regulations as well as company standards and will ensure a safe working environment for all. We believe in safety first which makes this role one of our most important roles in the company. Schedule: Sunday Through Thursday - 2:00PM until 10:00PM (hours may vary depending on facility need) How you will be rewarded as our next Fleet Maintenance Trailer Technician 2:

• Signing bonus: $1,000 (paid out in 2 increments):
  • get paid $500 when you work 45 days, and another $500 when you work 90 days

      • Supplemental Life & AD&D What you ll do as a Fleet Maintenance Trailer Technician 2 for OnTrac:
        • Maintain, and provide routine preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections to fleet trailing equipment
        • Work with Safety department leadership to understand and ensure that all safety programs and procedures are followed
        • Work performed outside mostly on trailers 28 - 53 - 28'
        • May be required to use personal vehicle or Company vehicle to conduct business for the Company
        • Perform any other task or assignment as deemed necessary by the organization What you ll need to be our next Fleet Maintenance Trailer Technician 2:
          • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
          • 2-3 + yrs experience as semi-trailer maintenance technician; (for entry level positions, casual/personal experience or education only, acceptable)
          • Knowledge of semi-trailer systems and controls
          • Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures including 90-day and BIT inspections
          • Valid driver s license / Acceptable driving record
          • Ability to pass a criminal background check
          • Schedule flexibility
