As Lead Manufacturing Engineer, you will provide support for
solving complex technical problems that arise in manufacturing
production. Working with leading-edge technology, you will make key
decisions, resolve issues and oversee projects to shape
enhancements. You'll unite cross-functional teams to connect, share
knowledge, innovate and to develop improvements.
As a Lead Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Providing technical guidance for manufacturing processes to support
sustaining activities as well as continuous process improvement
including automation and implementation of lean principles.
Designing, constructing, and documenting mechatronic processes and
fixtures to enable quality product builds
Collaborating with global cross-functional teams to troubleshoot,
resolve, innovate and implement manufacturing technology best
practices
Developing a yearly operational plan to define capital expenditures
to support activities and projects
Sharing practical technical knowledge with your team to guide,
advise, and enable solutions to problems
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, mechatronics,
or electrical engineering or a high school diploma / GED with at
least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing.
Have knowledge of design for manufacturability, lean manufacturing
techniques, quality system and SPC tools.
Have a minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Production
Process and Equipment.
Be a good team player and display good communication and
problem-solving skills
Can coordinate several projects simultaneously
Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact
