This is a role for a true master of the trade who can operate with limited supervision and navigate both residential and commercial environments with ease. Focus on the Craft: No sales quotas. Just pure technical problem solving. The Requirements We are seeking a versatile technician with the ability to perform work across a wide spectrum of equipment. You should have advanced knowledge of: Residential & Commercial Systems: Seamlessly transitioning between home units and large-scale commercial builds. Specialized Equipment: Boilers, Heat Pumps, VAV systems, and Chillers. Controls: Experience with DDC controls and building automation. Oil Systems: (A significant plus). Independence: Ability to work autonomously and manage your own job flow without constant oversight. Responsibilities Service, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and industrial environments. Troubleshoot dedicated building control systems and read/interpret complex schematics. Perform maintenance on boilers, AC units, heat pumps, mini-splits, and ventilation. Order parts, follow up on jobs, and maintain accurate digital service records. Qualifications Proven track record as a lead or senior HVAC Service Technician. Deep understanding of mechanical principles and system schematics. Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently. Valid Nevada driver’s license.
