Job Description:
As a Senior Estimator in the property industry, you'll play a
pivotal role in preparing accurate cost estimates and project
proposals for construction projects. Your expertise will directly
contribute to the success of high-quality developments in the El
Dorado Hills area. Client Details This is an opportunity to join a

specifications, and other documents to prepare detailed cost
estimates. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders
to develop competitive bid proposals. Evaluate subcontractor and
supplier bids to ensure accuracy and compliance with project
requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction
materials, labor costs, and market trends. Prepare and present cost
breakdowns to clients and internal teams. Monitor and update
project budgets to reflect actual costs and changes. Identify and
mitigate potential risks during the estimation process. Contribute
to process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency of the

successful Senior Estimator should have: Strong background in
construction cost estimating within the property industry.
Proficiency in using industry-standard estimating software and
tools. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and
accuracy. Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications,
and contracts. Effective communication and collaboration skills to
work with internal and external teams. A proactive approach to
identifying cost-saving opportunities and mitigating risks. Job
Offer Competitive salary in the range of $144,000 to $176,000
