Job Description:
Immediate need for staffing assistant to supports an Account
Executive in all aspects of the sales and recruitment process and
daily operations. Assist Account Executive in qualifying,
acquiring, servicing, maintaining and expanding mentor?s client
base; assist in obtaining job orders (temp, temp to full- time and
full-time) solicited from the business community; assist in
recruiting, screening, evaluating and matching qualified candidates
to the clients? specific job order requirements to ensure client
retention; contribute to the professional standing of AppleOne as a
personnel staffing service by supplying clients and applicants with
outstanding customer service and results; continually meet the
needs of our clients and customers (applicants); assist in
developing, coaching, counseling and recommending applicants as
required.
Supports an Account Executive in all aspects of the sales and
recruitment process and daily operations with the objective of
being mentored for a Staffing Consultant position after three to
six months.
Looking for someone with a stable work history, prefer sales and
staffing experience. Stating base salary at $30,000 plus monthly
