Environment
- The Premium Accounting Associate is a hybrid eligible role, in
our Reno, NV or Monterey, CA locations. Job Overview:
As a Premium Accounting Associate, you perform routine premium
accounting with general knowledge of premium accounting
transactions requiring collection of premiums, assembling and
auditing accounts, processing and posting of account cash,
reconciliation of account discrepancies, and handling of unclaimed
property. Additional duties may be assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Knowledge of:
- Knowledge of basic math and accounting concepts is
required.
- Basic knowledge of insurance and policy information.
- Knowledge of Business mathematics.
- Working knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office, including
Excel, Outlook, and Word. Education and Experience:
- Education in Accounting or a Business discipline.
- Position requires 1-2 years of working experience in
accounting, banking, or similar role.
- Experience with automated accounting systems is preferred.
Salary Range: $43,976-$58,158
