  • The Rooms Controller is responsible for the entire guest pre-arrival experience as well as acting Front Desk Agent when needed.Requirements
    • High school or equivalent education required
    • 1-2 years of previous Front Desk Agent or Rooms Controller experience in a luzury, full-service property setting
    • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to multitask in a high-volume setting
    • Strong computer skills
    • Lightspeed, GXP and MARHSA experience beneficial
    • Mattiorr/Starwood experience beneficial
    • Knowledge of hospitality industry
    • Ability to effectively present information in a one-on-one setting or in a group
    • Basic cash handling skills required *Offers of employment may be contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation.Required
