Job Description:
General Purpose:Perform as a member of the Operations Team. Work
hourly functions and cross-train in various positions that include
the raw milk receiving, evaporator department, and dryer
department. Input items into the SAP system. Live the

and Responsibilities:Raw Milk Receiving DepartmentUnload
tankersControl heat treatment and milk separation area. CIP and
productionControl blending and preparation of Lactose totes for
productionEnsure tankers unloaded safely and properly while
achieving minimum established targetsCIP tankers and silosProperly
CIP silos and tankers maintaining time management of silos and all
associated documentationLoad out cream. Load out cream while
achieving all quality and customer requirementsComplete master
sanitationComplete all master sanitation and maintain a clean and
professional environmentControl lossActively seek causes and
solutions to limit product lossesInspect raw materials--Evaporator
DepartmentProduce a quality productEnsure all product produced is
within accepted specificationsStart, run, and shut down the
evaporatorOperate the evaporator and all associated equipment while
producing minimal out of specification productRun all required
quality checks. Complete all required logsCIP the evaporator and
all associated equipmentCIP all equipment associated with
evaporator performancePerform all chemical testsComplete and store
all required documentsAchieve all production goalsAchieve all
production goals (KPI's). Report and document all reasons targets
are not met--Dryer DepartmentMaintain a clean and sanitary
environmentPerform all master sanitationMaintain general
housekeeping of the dryer areaPerform tasks required to start, run,
and shut down the dryerPerform hook-ups for the dryer and all
associated equipmentRun all required quality checksComplete all
required logsPerform duties in a timely and thorough manner
allowing the operator to CIP the dryer in minimal timePerform all
chemical testsComplete and store all required documentsAchieve all
production goals (KPI's). Report and document all reasons targets
are not met--Packaging DepartmentProduce a quality productEnsure
all product produced is within accepted specificationsStart, run,
and shut down the packaging equipmentOperate the packaging and all
associated equipment while producing minimal out of specification
productRun all required quality checksComplete all required
logsMaintain the packaging equipment and all associated
equipmentMaintain all equipment associated with packaging
performanceComplete and store all required documents.Achieve all
production goals (KPI's). Report and document all reasons targets
are not metInspect raw materials--General for all DepartmentsFollow
and promote all plant and regulatory policies and
proceduresProactively identify opportunities for continuous
improvement to include Lean, Kaizen, 5S and Leader Standard
WorkAttend required training, including but not limited to, GMP's,
HAACP, SQF, Safety, etc.Maintain safe work habits, wear personal
protective equipment, obey safety rules, and overall contribute to
a safe work environmentThe requirements herein are intended to
